My garage door torsion spring broke on a Saturday afternoon. I contacted Pynacker that evening using the on-line chat link on their website and Mark responded promptly (within minutes!).

Mark provided cost estimates on doing the repair as an emergency off-hours job versus a weekday on-hours job. Mark was able to schedule a technician, Allan, to do the repair on short notice (Monday morning). Allan was very professional and did an excellent job.

My overall experience with Pynacker was excellent - from the initial contact with Mark via the on-line chat to Allan's professional and fine workmanship. Pynacker is highly recommended.

Had a garage door installed. Excellent experience from sales to installation. Mark helped us select the right model, style & colour. They received the door from the factory 2 weeks earlier than expected. The installer Allan did an outstanding, high quality, careful job. He noticed a worn belt on my existing opener and took the initiative to replace it - the mechanism is very quiet now. This is the only company I could find that would replace the aluminum flashing on the door frame. They even agreed to replace the flashing on the entry door to the garage so it would match. I highly recommend them.
